Deep Cleaning Services What is it? and What is included? Deep Cleaning Services is more thorough and detailed cleaning then Basic Cleaning. It targets areas that may not typically receive attention during routine cleanings, making it ideal for First-Time Cleanings, seasonal or it can also be every 3 month-6 Months or once a year to refresh homes that haven't been cleaned in a while. General Areas (Living Rooms, Bedrooms, kitchen, Bathrooms, Hallways, etc: 1. Dusting all surfaces, including baseboards, vents, ceiling fans, light fixtures. 2. Vacuuming under furniture, corners, sweeping and mopping hard floors, including scrubbing of edges. 3. Cleaning doors, doorframes, light switches, emptying trash cans and sanitizing them. BATHROOMS: 1. Scrubbing and sanitizing sinks, faucets, countertops, mirrors, Deep cleaning of toilets, including hard to reach areas. 2. Cleaning and removing soap scum from showers doors, tiles and grout, cleaning inside cabinets and drawers (If emptied). 3. Wiping down walls and any mold-prone areas. KITCHEN: 1. Wiping and sanitizing all surfaces including countertops, backsplashes, cleaning exterior appliances (microwave etc.) 2. Scrubbing and disinfecting sinks, faucets, wiping down cabinets, drawers, baseboards, sweeping, mopping, and deep scrubbing floors. OPTIONALS ADDS-ONS: Baseboards, Oven/Stove, Fridge, windows, windows tracks, cleaning blinds, curtains, organizing spaces like pantries or closets, carpet shampooing or upholstery cleaning. NOTE: Every additional Ons has an induvial price, its optional. However, To determine the right and final the price may vary from the dimensions and all the cleaning needs that you need, for more information or questions please contact us. 2. Cancellation Policy
1- To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us at least 1 or 2 days prior to your appointment. 2- A $10 fee will be applied for cancellations or rescheduling made 24 to 16 hours before your appointment. 3- The price agreed upon will remain as previously discussed.; however, taxes will be applied to your payment agreement. 4- If something is out of place or an issue occurs during the service please contact us to help you with the issue. 5- Cleaners are trained and ready for this service assignment; they will conduct themselves professionally to avoid interrupting you. 6- Please respect our cleaning staff during and after the service.
